South Park is a good option for a fancy fish dinner before seeing a show at the Schnitz, or for a yummy dessert or glass of wine afterward. The atmosphere manages to be cozy and posh at the same time, in a way that is distinctly Oregonian. The menu is also full of Pacific Northwest flair, from fresh, well-prepared fish to classic pasta dishes (my favorite is the butternut squash ravioli with hazelnuts). I have never had anything from the dessert menu that wasn't fantastic, whether it be the deep chocolate pot de creme to the refreshing sorbet sampler. -Emily
