East Bank Saloon is on the same block of Grand Ave as CubeSpace, so you can't beat the convenience. You will need to be willing to put up with smokers in the same room to eat here, but the payoff is a good plate of fried halibut and fat French fries. And with a tasty house IPA to wash it down, my Holy Trinity is completed. They also serve a not-healthy but comforting "shrimp & cheese" bread that I've found myself thinking about at strange times with longing...
