Are people interested in what you're offering, but when you talk to them, very few of them are saying "Yes"? It can be a really uncomfortable situation. Someone contacted you about what you do, and they're interested. You have a great conversation with them for 30 minutes. But when it comes down to "the moment" things get...you know...wonky.

"Wonky" as in you gulp and stutter when you have to name your price. Or they say "But I saw someone else offering the same service for much less than that." The worst is when they tell you "I'll think about it." And then they never return your voicemails...

It IS possible to talk to potential clients in your integrity, without resorting to manipulation or hype, and still have more of them say "Yes, I'm ready to work with you now."
